Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which a reader may access and use the Kavoreni website. Kavoreni is an independent editorial publication covering men's dietary supplement habits, daily nutritional awareness, and active lifestyle practices for a general adult readership in Indonesia and beyond. By opening any page of this archive, submitting the contact form, or otherwise using the site, a reader accepts these terms in full and agrees to use the material responsibly and in accordance with the limits described below. If a reader does not agree with any part of these terms, the appropriate response is simply to stop using the site, since no account or payment is required to browse it. These terms are organised into twelve numbered sections, each addressing a distinct aspect of the relationship between the publication and its readers.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to every page hosted under the Kavoreni domain, including the homepage, the published articles, the About and Methodology pages, the Contact page, and the linked legal documents. They govern the relationship between Kavoreni and any visitor, whether that visitor reads a single article or returns regularly. They do not extend to any external website that a reader may reach by following a link placed inside an article, since each such external site is governed by its own separate terms and Kavoreni has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, content hosted elsewhere. Where a specific page carries additional notices, such as a dated correction notice on an article, those notices supplement rather than replace this document. These terms apply equally to a reader accessing the site from Indonesia and to a reader accessing it from any other country, subject to the mandatory local rights described in Section 9.

2. Nature of editorial content

Articles published on Kavoreni reflect the observations, reading of publicly available nutritional sources, and editorial judgment of the credited author and the reviewing editor, prepared under the standards described on the Methodology page. Dates, bylines, and any later correction are presented as accurately as the desk is able to maintain them at the time of publication and at the time of any subsequent review. Content is general in nature and is not tailored to any individual reader's personal circumstances, and it should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional appropriate to a reader's own situation. Kavoreni may revise, update, correct, or archive any article at its own discretion, and an article's continued availability at a given address is not guaranteed indefinitely. Where an article is substantially revised after initial publication, the desk aims to note the date of the most recent substantive revision near the top of that article.

3. Acceptable use of the site

A reader may browse the site, quote brief excerpts from an article with clear attribution to Kavoreni and a link to the original page, and share links to published pages through ordinary personal or professional channels. A reader may not interfere with the technical operation of the site, attempt to bypass any access control, scrape the contact page or footer for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate the publication or any of its contributors, or upload or transmit unlawful material through the contact form. Automated access that places an unreasonable technical burden on the site's hosting infrastructure may be limited or blocked without prior notice. These restrictions exist to protect the integrity of the archive and the experience of other readers, and Kavoreni reserves the right to take reasonable technical measures to enforce them, including temporarily restricting access from a specific network address where repeated misuse is observed.

4. Copyright and ownership

Unless a page states otherwise, the text, layout, editorial marks, and original photography or illustration published on Kavoreni belong to Kavoreni or to its credited contributors, and are protected under applicable copyright law. A reader may not reproduce a full article, or a substantial portion of one, for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the desk. A short quotation used for commentary, review, or reference should retain the article's title, the author's byline where given, and a link back to the original page. A request to reproduce material beyond the scope of fair quotation, or a question about permitted use, can be sent to [email protected], and the desk aims to respond within ten business days. Kavoreni does not claim ownership over publicly available nutritional research that an article may reference or summarise, and any such reference is limited to ordinary editorial citation.

5. Reader correspondence and the contact form

Messages sent through the contact page or by email to the addresses listed in the footer are read by the editorial desk and are used to respond to the reader, to consider a requested correction, or to inform future editorial planning. A reader is asked not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or knowingly false information through the contact form, and not to use the form to send unsolicited commercial promotion unrelated to the publication's editorial purpose. Kavoreni cannot guarantee a response to every message received, particularly where a message falls outside the publication's editorial scope, but the desk aims to acknowledge a good-faith correction request within five business days as described further on the Methodology page. A reader who submits a message containing personal information does so voluntarily, and that information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy referenced in the footer of this page.

6. No professional or transactional relationship

Nothing published on Kavoreni, and no correspondence exchanged through its contact form, creates a professional advisory relationship, a commercial transaction, or any warranty regarding the outcome of a reader's own personal decisions. The site does not sell products, does not process payments, and does not operate a subscription or membership programme; consequently, these terms do not include any pricing, refund, or subscription-cancellation provisions, since none apply to a free editorial publication of this kind. A reader who is considering a change to their own diet, supplement use, or activity routine is encouraged to weigh published material alongside guidance appropriate to their personal circumstances rather than relying on any single source, including this one. Kavoreni does not endorse, and is not affiliated with, any specific commercial brand of supplement or nutritional product that may be mentioned in general terms within an article.

7. Limitation of description and liability

Kavoreni takes reasonable editorial care in preparing and reviewing published material, consistent with the standards described on the Methodology page, but does not represent that every statement in every article is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kavoreni's liability for any claim arising from use of the site is limited to matters directly caused by the publication's own demonstrable negligence, and Kavoreni is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a reader's reliance on general editorial content. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to a given reader. Planned maintenance or an unplanned technical interruption may occasionally make the site temporarily unavailable, and Kavoreni does not warrant any specific level of uptime for a free publication of this kind.

8. Changes to the site and to these terms

Kavoreni may add, remove, or restructure pages, adjust the site's design, or change the publication schedule at its own discretion and without prior notice, since the site is an evolving editorial project rather than a fixed contractual service. These Terms of Service may likewise be revised from time to time to reflect a change in the site's structure or in applicable law; when a substantive change is made, the revision date at the top of this page will be updated and, where the change is significant, a brief note will be added to the revision history in Section 12. Continued use of the site after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future visits. A reader who disagrees with a revised version is free to discontinue use of the site at any time, consistent with the introductory statement at the top of this page.

9. Governing law and dispute procedure

These terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the laws applicable in Indonesia, where the editorial desk is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection right a reader may hold under the law of their own country of residence. A reader with a dispute or concern relating to these terms is asked to raise it first with the desk by writing to [email protected], describing the issue in reasonable detail, so that it can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally before any other step is taken. The desk aims to acknowledge such a message within five business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days, mirroring the timelines described in the Privacy Policy for comparable correspondence. Where an informal resolution is not possible, a reader retains any right of recourse available to them under the mandatory law of their own country of residence.

10. Severability of these terms

If any individual provision of these Terms of Service is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that finding does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue to apply in full. Kavoreni will, where reasonably practicable, replace an invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent of the affected section, and will note any such replacement in the revision history described in Section 12. A reader should not assume that a single unenforceable clause voids the entirety of these terms, since the document is intended to remain operative as a whole even where one part requires adjustment.

11. Entire agreement between the parties

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy linked from the footer of every page, represent the complete understanding between Kavoreni and a reader regarding use of the site, and supersede any earlier informal understanding on the same subject. No statement made by an individual contributor in an article, or in correspondence through the contact form, should be read as varying these terms unless it is expressly adopted into a future revision of this document. Where these terms reference another document, such as the Methodology page, that reference is provided for context and does not itself create an obligation beyond what is stated in these terms.

12. Revision history

These Terms of Service are reviewed periodically to keep their description of the site's operation accurate. The version dated 18 August 2026 clarified the limitation-of-liability language in Section 7, expanded the description of the dispute procedure in Section 9, and added the severability and entire-agreement provisions now found in Sections 10 and 11. An earlier version dated 2 February 2026 introduced the then-current ten-section structure and the explicit statement in Section 6 that no transactional or subscription relationship exists on the site. A version dated 14 November 2025 first published these terms alongside the initial launch of the contact form referenced in Section 5, using a shorter structure that was later expanded twice. The date shown at the top of this page is updated whenever a substantive change is made to any section described above.
